Select Sales Dissolving Partnership

Select Sales Agency will begin the process of dissolving its partnership effective with the end of the Fasig-Tipton Winter Mixed Sale this week, the agency announced Sunday.

“It has been a great ride since we started Select Sales in 2009,” said Select Sales partner Andrew Cary. “The success we achieved as a startup to become one of the leading consignors in the country in a short amount of time, was nothing short of phenomenal. To have sold horses like Tepin, Sharp Azteca, and Mucho Gusto, amongst many other graded stakes winners, has just been an incredible process to be a part of. I couldn't be prouder of what we all achieved together. I personally want to thank all of my partners and our amazing clients for all they did to contribute to our success over the years. We have a strong consignment at the FT Winter Mixed Sale and I look forward to us all finishing together strongly.”

Announcements will be made in the near future regarding future plans for the Select Sales partners. Earlier Sunday, it was announced that former Select partner Jay Goodwin would be moving on to become the account manager for Eaton Sales. Additionally, founding partner Carrie Brogden announced the creation of her own consignment, saying that she “has formed Machmer Hall Sales to focus on yearlings. We look forward to selling our own horses, plus those of long-term clients and partners. Future press releases to come!”
